Corrected Vocabulary
bitterly cold =when it's really cold
 *Today is bitterly cold
 
 Wind chill = When the wind makes you colder.
 
 discipline = what you are studying or working
 *When Mr. Cho changes his company, he also wants to change his discipline.
 
 housewife = a woman who stays at home to take care of the home.
 
 philanthropist = a person who gives money to help people
 
 new hire = a person who just started working.
 *The CEO of your last company would call every new hire.
 
 upstart = a company that has started recently
 
 nostalgia = a feeling of happiness about the past.
 *Mr. Cho feels nostalgia when he thinks of BEA.
 
 deposit = the big money that you give when you move into a house or apartment.
 
 systematically = in a very set way
 
 ashamed = to feel shame for something
 
 introvert = a person who is quite and shy
 *When Mr. Cho was younger, he was an introvert.
 
 abrupt = very short and simple speech.

 *Many people in the US don't like the rat race, so they try to move away from big cities.
 
 socialize = how to treat other people.
 
 to spoil = to become bad (usually used for food, but can talk about a child)
 *He is a spoiled boy.
 
 
Frequent Grammar Errors
This year is lots of holidays since ten years.
 This year is the year with the most holidays for ten years.
 
 The four seasons were the same length.
 
 top of the heap = the highest thing.
 
 (to) make it. = to be successsful
 *South Korea has made it over the past 10 years.
 
 The main reason to immigrate to another country is education.
 
 wake up call = a thing that makes you realize something.
 *When Mr. Cho talked with his foreign manager, it was a wake up call to study English
